Why EPiQ

I built EPiQ after more than 23 years of hands-on work in management, business development, and marketing — working with real companies, across different industries, business models, and market realities.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to become deeply acquainted with how businesses actually function beneath the surface. I’ve worked with different business models and market approaches, evaluated growth strategies, run market tests and studies, and been involved in decision-making processes where the consequences were real and immediate.

That experience allows me to recognise patterns quickly. I can usually identify where the real problem sits — whether it’s strategic, organisational, commercial, or simply a matter of timing and focus. Just as importantly, I can distinguish between what is structural and what is noise, between decisions that truly matter and those that only feel urgent.

From there, the work is not about overwhelming companies with frameworks or theory.
It’s about designing an elegant, pragmatic, and well-reasoned path out of the problem zone 
— one that fits the reality of the business, the people involved, and the market it operates in.
