EPiQ business consulting page

At EPiQ, there’s no magic formula — just a structured way of thinking and acting that works.

What I Actually Do.

EPiQ is not built around selling predefined services.

It’s built around solving real business problems — the ones that slow companies down, drain energy, or keep leaders stuck in recurring decision loops.

The work usually falls into a few core areas, but the form always adapts to the reality of the business.

It’s a mix of business design, management, and real-time mentorship.

Business Development
& Go-to-Market.

When growth stalls, the issue is rarely a lack of ideas. Most companies already have more ideas than they can execute.

What’s missing is structure — clarity around what exactly you are selling, to whom, why it matters, and how it scales.

In this work, I help clarify and challenge the underlying business model, sharpen value propositions, define pricing logic that reflects real value, and translate strategy into a go-to-market approach that teams can actually execute.

This is not about producing a strategy document that looks good on a slide.

It’s about building a growth system — one that aligns offering, pricing, sales, marketing, and internal capabilities in a way that works in real market conditions, not just in theory.

Project & Innovation Commercialisation.

Many strong ideas fail not because they lack quality, but because they reach the market unprepared.

Commercialisation is the bridge between innovation and impact. It’s the process of turning something technically sound into something understandable, desirable, and buyable.

Here, I work on positioning, market framing, pricing logic, readiness assessment, and early market validation. The focus is on answering uncomfortable but critical questions early — who actually pays, why now, what blocks adoption, and what needs to be proven before scaling.

The goal is to reduce risk, shorten time to market, and ensure that innovation does not stall between development and revenue.nd.

Startup Bootcamp — Investor Readiness & Fundraising Preparation.

Raising capital is not about having a great pitch deck.
It’s about being investor-ready as a business..

The EPiQ Startup Bootcamp is designed to prepare founders and teams for real conversations with investors — not demo days, but actual due diligence, tough questions, and long-term commitments.

This programme focuses on sharpening the business fundamentals investors care about: business model logic, market validation, traction signals, pricing, unit economics, scalability, and risk. We work through positioning, storytelling, and financial logic, but always in the context of what can be defended under pressure.

Just as importantly, the bootcamp prepares founders mentally and structurally for the fundraising process itself — understanding investor dynamics, decision cycles, power asymmetries, and what happens after the term sheet.

The result is not just a better pitch, but a more credible company — one that founders can stand behind with confidence when the real questions start.

It’s not theory — it’s management with sleeves rolled up.

Interim Management.

There are moments when a company doesn’t need advice — it needs someone inside.

Interim management means stepping into a leadership or managerial role during transitions, growth phases, or periods where execution rhythm has been lost.

This work is hands-on. It involves stabilising teams, clarifying priorities, restoring accountability, and translating strategy into daily execution. Often, it also means acting as a bridge between leadership intent and operational reality.

The objective is not dependency, but stability, momentum, and a clean handover once the organisation is ready to move forward independently.

Coaching & Workshops.

Good decisions rarely fail because of a lack of intelligence.

They fail because of poor communication, blurred ownership, fear of conflict, or lack of focus.

My coaching and workshops strengthen how leaders and teams think, decide, and communicate — without motivational theatre or artificial hype.

Team workshops are designed to turn theory into practice.

We translate the language of science and innovation into the language of business and value.

We don’t do motivational talks. We do mindset upgrades.
